Best time of year

February to October is typically the busiest and most effective period for regular maintenance because grass, weeds and borders are more active. Winter visits can still be useful for leaf clearing, tidy-ups, border preparation and light pruning. Typical visit frequency is every 7–14 days depending on growth and desired finish.

Typical job process
  1. Initial contact: send photos, postcode, what help is needed, and likely visit frequency
  2. Quote and suitability check: we review photos and provide an estimate or arrange a site visit if needed
  3. First visit and walk-through: agree priorities, access, style preference and practical considerations
  4. Ongoing visits: work completed on the agreed schedule within the booked time slot
  5. Seasonal updates: focus adjusted through the year (e.g. mowing vs leaf clearing)

The quickest way to get a quote is to send us photos of the area you want work on. Upload photos through our quote form, include your postcode and a short description, and we'll get back to you with a quote or next step. If needed, we can arrange a site visit before confirming.

FAQs
Can I choose how often you visit?

Yes. Most customers choose every 7–14 days, but we can discuss what suits your garden and budget.

Is this for one-off jobs or ongoing maintenance?

It is mainly for ongoing maintenance, but we can sometimes do a first tidy-up visit and then move you onto a regular schedule.

What if my garden is overgrown?

We may recommend a separate clearance or recovery visit first, then regular maintenance afterwards.

Do I need to be home?

Not always, as long as access and priorities are agreed in advance.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain does not always stop work, but some tasks may need adjusting for safety and finish quality.
